Mike is the multi-lingual founder of Numeriq.
He has 16 years of experience in HR as a recruiter and Payroll Specialist.
Having worked as a skiing and sailing instructor in his formative years, when he isn’t completing salary simulations, drawing up contracts, or answering your questions about payslips and pensions, you will find him on the ski slopes or the lake.
Cheerful Alexandra is our Franco-Italian Director HR Admin.
With 14 years of experience in Swiss payroll and recruitment, there isn’t a situation she hasn’t faced when it comes to AVS/AHV, Family Allowances, Work Permits, Insurance, Timesheets, accidents, and loss of income. No two days are the same!
When not answering the myriad questions of our clients and consultants, Alexandra is an uninhibited dancer, alpine hiker, and aficionado of the finest Italian cuisine.
Smiley Dorothée is our dual-national Finance Director.
She has two decades of accounting experience, the last 10 years working exclusively on Swiss Payroll. In addition to managing all the financial aspects of your payroll (taxation, salary slips, invoicing, payments, and advice…) she also has three children.
In her free time, Dorothée can be found hiking in the Savoyard Alps, playing la Belote, and relaxing with a Netflix series and a glass of wine.
Rémy joined our team in late 2023 as a payroll specialist with 8 years of experience in payrolling.
Holding a Certificate in Human Resources (HR) and a CFC, he excels in human resource management. While he primarily prefers finance, which includes creating payslips, managing invoices, accounting, and more, he aspires to be the “Swiss Army knife” of the company, bringing versatility and expertise to all aspects of payroll management. Passionate about watchmaking and traveling, he will handle your requests with positivity and a zest for life.
Stuart has joined the team as CTO with 25+ years of experience managing IT in various businesses and industries.
His broad experience has helped him develop a keen understanding that IT is not about tech, it is about people. When he isn’t developing solutions, project managing, integrating systems, monitoring KPIs, putting out fires, being a shoulder to cry on or (a punching bag) you’ll find him skiing, hiking, swimming in the lakes and rivers, cooking, or spending time with friends and family.
